Portlandia Premiere @ Mission Theater, January 21, 2011

I sort of imagined I might not like Portlandia as much as everyone I know who doesn’t live here thought I would, but that I might like it more than everyone I know who lives here didn’t like it before they even saw it. It turns out I watched every clip available in a row laughing my ass off. Hilarious. And Ouch – yes a little close to home. Friday Wine Tasting @ Immortal Pie and Larder,

I discovered this pretty spot in the, for me unexplored, Montavilla neighborhood one day as I waited for Adam to buy some foam. It is a gem. And of course a larder. This Friday check out Immortal Pie and Larder’s treats and they’re open ’til 8p so plenty of time to have some tastes before you choose a bottle of wine and a sweet or savory 3″ pie to spend the rest of the evening with.
